EXCHANGE POLICY — Loja dos Aventureiros
This exchange policy is valid from July 2024.
If you are not satisfied with the product or regret your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date your order was received at your address.
Conditions for an exchange:
If you wish to exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use, that is, in the same condition as when you received it. Furthermore, the item must be in its original packaging.
How to request an exchange:
Send an email to [email protected], providing your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange. We will contact you with the necessary information to process the exchange.
Conditions for returns due to regret:
If you regret your purchase, you may also return your order within 7 days from the date you received it at your address.
How to request a return due to a change of heart:
Send an email to [email protected], providing your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost to receive the refund.
Products with manufacturing defects:
According to Brazilian law, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date the order was received at your address.
How to request a return for defective products:
Send an email to [email protected], providing your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost to receive the refund.
How to return products:
In accordance with Consumer Law, shipping costs for returns due to the right of withdrawal or items with manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through reverse logistics.
You'll receive a postage authorization code via email after submitting your exchange or return request, and you'll need to post the item at a post office. We don't cover packaging costs, so we recommend using the same packaging you received your purchase in (if undamaged) or a suitable box to protect the items during transit.
